SimBook SMS program

SimBook by Indoor Golf Management offers optional transactional text messages about your bookings, waitlist requests and memberships at participating clubs. Indoor Golf Management is the messaging service; messages also identify the venue relevant to your activity.

What you can receive

  • Booking confirmations, reminders and booking changes.
  • Waitlist availability updates for a request you made.
  • Membership account notifications.

This program does not enroll you in club promotions or another sender’s marketing program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to choose text messages

On a participating club’s SimBook booking page, find the “Optional SimBook texts” section. Enter your mobile number, read the disclosure and check the optional SMS consent box only if you want these text messages. The box starts unchecked and the SMS terms and privacy policy are linked beside it. Select a time and bay and complete the booking to save your choice. Choose Continue as a guest if you do not want to sign in.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can complete your booking without checking the SMS box. Providing a phone number, making a booking or accepting general terms alone does not enroll you.

View the SimBook demo booking flow to see where this choice appears. This is a demo venue, not a booking for a real club. To book a real visit, use your club’s own SimBook booking link.

Existing customers can also sign in through their club’s SimBook link and manage their text-message choice in their customer account profile. This requires customer sign-in; simply creating or signing into an account does not give SMS consent.

Help and stopping messages

Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. You can also email hello@indoorgolfmanagement.com. After STOP, you may receive one opt-out confirmation, then messages from this program stop.

If you previously opted in, reply START to the sending number to resume after STOP, or affirmatively opt in again through the SimBook consent form. START does not enroll imported contacts or anyone without a recorded affirmative opt-in. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information and program terms

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to deliver and support our messaging service, as described in our privacy policy.
