Indoor Golf Management

Built Around the Indoor Golf Front Desk

Indoor Golf Management builds software around the work of running an indoor golf venue: booking the bay, looking after the member, organizing the league and helping the front desk keep the evening moving.

The company behind SimBook and LeagueNight

Indoor Golf Management is operated by Jason Law, a sole proprietor. SimBook by Indoor Golf Management is our booking and membership product. LeagueNight is our league-management and scoring product. They share a company and can work together, while each has a clear job.

The practical starting point is a venue workflow. A booking needs the right bay and rate. A membership needs a benefit the golfer can actually use. A league needs a schedule that fits the bays and a leaderboard players can follow. We build for those connected problems.

Why the products have separate jobs

SimBook manages public reservations, the bay tee sheet and memberships. LeagueNight manages league teams, schedules, scoring and standings. A venue can use the product it needs, or link them so league nights reserve their bay time in SimBook.

Keeping those jobs clear helps staff and organizers know where to make a change. A score correction belongs in the league. A public booking move belongs on the tee sheet. Linking the products brings the schedule together without asking one screen to handle every task.

See the workflow before deciding

Our demo and onboarding calls start with your venue: bays, opening hours, rates, memberships and the league evenings already on the calendar. A realistic walkthrough is more useful than a list of feature names.

Bring the difficult parts as well: mixed simulator equipment, handedness restrictions, an existing payment account, an old membership spreadsheet or a booking migration. We will distinguish what is available from a custom requirement that needs review.
